Please please don't say these things just moved here to Jacksonville and my moler been giving me major sleeping and eating problems I just need it to be pulled and given an antibiotic that's it thats all
I don’t understand any of these reviews. I have been to coast and greenburg dental and they both are outrageously high! Dr. Alniti is warm, thorough, and compassionate! He also is considerate of other’s financial issues. In 2020 he replaced all my childhood fillings and replaced them with updated safer materials. He also did a deep cleaning for me when the other two wanted 4500 before they would even touch my fillings! I thought he stopped taking my insurance but he didn’t! Customer service was fine. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. When I got there for my appointment check in was also easy. Waited about 10 minutes and got taken back. Did all the x-rays and then got taken to a room. Doctor came in looked into my mouth and assistant made notes. Then I was told that's it for today and got walked to the receptionist desk to schedule another appointment for my cleaning but it needed to be approved via insurnace because they didn't want to do a regular cleaning they recommend a deep cl... read more

Absolutely horrible service. Take my advice do not show up early... You know, don't show up on time; they are not taking you back until they have their coffee break and smoke. Showed up 20 minutes early, I don't expect you to take me early, but I'm here early to show you I'm ready. So I expect you to be ready to take me come my appointment time. The staff scoffed at me when I asked (for the first time, 15 mins after my appointment time) if I would be going back soon. Look I know it's hard on Medicaid to find good doctors but... read more
