The office staff were super nice. The Dr himself had no interest in helping me and was very judgmental. Traveled over an hour for this appointment and he didn’t listen to me at all. He told me that my nose was crooked and needed correction after I tried to tell him my face was healing from being paralyzed on one side.
Office staff is nice. The doctor himself is rude, unkind, and inconsiderate of his patients. He fixed a deviated septum for me. Gave no after care plan or anything. He doesn’t even take the time to get to know his patients charts before he pops off at the mouth. He needs shut down and another doctor take his place.
I'm normally not one to leave reviews of any kind but this is extremely frustrating. I've seen this doctor for a few years and never had a bad experience until this last year. He told me I needed a nasal procedure and at the time I basically had no insurance just what you call QmB which covers the bare minimum, and I let there billing lady, Charmie, know that. She told me that if the QmB pushed back she would let me know and I could decline the procedure or apply for a spend down card. So I said okay. She never let me know i... read more
Dr. Mongiardo was very professional and kind to my 95 year old mother. Every one in the office was as well. Excellent Dr. and he’s great with elderly patients!
