He just checked me with endoscopy and he code it as a surgery procedure so the insurance could charge more. Really bad
Where to begin. Dr McKenna is an arrogant person. I had sinus surgery done in the office a couple weeks ago. I thought it was only going be a couple of days of recovery but I felt like crap for two weeks. That’s neither here nor there. This is the Dr that never responded to the surgery he said I needed, after i called the office multiple times, and after charging me $$$ for consultation... I highly recommend a different doctor.
If you are looking for the worse doctor with terrible bedside manners you have come to the right place. Dr. Daniel McKenna is a nightmare to deal with. He makes every patient feel like an inconvenience. I am shocked they have not fired him. I ended up going to a different ent and they knew exactly who he was when I described his bedside manner.
