I recently sat in on my daughter’s first and last appointment with Dr. McKenna. He spent approximately 5 mins did a scope and said nothing was wrong. He has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen. All his office cared about was trying to overcharge her before being seen. Their are a lot of other ENT choices out there so stay away from this physician and this office.

He just checked me with endoscopy and he code it as a surgery procedure so the insurance could charge more. Really bad

Where to begin. Dr McKenna is an arrogant person. I had sinus surgery done in the office a couple weeks ago. I thought it was only going be a couple of days of recovery but I felt like crap for two weeks. That’s neither here nor there. I went yesterday for my follow up and I was very nervous about having that thing shovedup my nose again, so I told the assistant that I didn’t want to have that done and I didn’t want the numbing because it’s really a horrible taste and smell. This is the Dr that never responded to the surgery he said I needed, after i called the office multiple times, and after charging me $$$ for consultation... I highly recommend a different doctor.
