Dr. Lord told me I needed several expensive procedures on my initial visit and found nothing. Afterwards, I went to a different GI doctor and was told my issue on the first visit. I would not go to this dr unless you want to spend a lot of money with no outcomes. I see this doctor also made a duluth location. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Lord and his staff. Everybody, especially Stacey went out of her way to assist me with my appointments etc. She was very friendly and courteous, and almost made me feel like family. Dr Lord did a great job as well, and I’ll definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a GI.
Friends recommended Dr Lord a number of yrs ago after a terrible experience with another gastro dr regarding a colonoscopy. Have been seeing him for yrs now. He and his staff are friendly, caring and professional.
