I've been seeing Dr. Garrels for the past 20 years. He's always been very professional and personable. He takes the time needed to make me feel at ease, explaining all procedures and thoroughly answering any questions.
I saw Dr. Rahul Keswani as Dr. Sanders was out on medical leave. I found him to be very refreshing and precise. We talked, he listened, he made suggestions and I felt we were immediately on the same page. He explained everything he was doing and suggesting in a casual yet understandable way. And I walked away feeling like I was taking proper care of my eyes and looking forward to using the new product he suggested. Very good visit. The entire West County Optometry office is so professional and efficient.
