I have been coming to Dr. Koch for a couple of years now. One of the things that I love about his office is that he doesn’t double book so I am in and out, Without feeling rushed or that my quality of care is compromised. This office is always run like a well oiled machine. The staff Is friendly and helpful. My husband and father are also patients here. I would definitely recommend Dr. Koch and his team.
Find another doctor. ANY other doctor. Dr Koch is smug, indifferent and of very little help. He seemed completely disinterested in helping me resolve 2 painful issues. 2 visits. First visit, prescribed steroids and they did help some but did not resolve the issue. 2nd visit, follow up, he appeared that he just didn’t want to be bothered. Zero stars if I could.
Dr. Koch operates a professional business. He listens to the patient concerns.
