Dr. Kloc has a nice chair side manner: warm, kind, easy to talk to, gentle and highly skilled. I had a 25+ year old on-lay come off, and they fit me in the same day I called. I am terrified of needles, and Dr. Kloc performed cleaning around the tooth with gentle, careful, conservative application of the drill and no pain. His assistant, also, was impressively skilled and gentle.
