I attempted to become a new patient at Dr. Juarros’ office, but my experience over the phone with Sarah was very disappointing. She came across as rude, unfriendly, and not very patient. I initially provided my insurance ID number and informed her that I would text over photos of my dental card (front and back). The front desk staff is incompetent, mainly Robin and the manager Sylvia who schedule exams and services when your primary insurance coverage is unavailable causing patients to incur out of pocket fees for basic dental work that would have been covered if they could read insurance plans and schedule accordingly.
