Dr. Jones and the entire staff at Advanced Orthopedics are wonderful, caring, friendly and supportive. My hip replacement surgery was a flawless journey because they explained every phase in great detail which managed both my expectations and any anxiety I had. Their process is a well oiled machine, but their human touch is what makes being a patient a complete pleasure.
I just met this dr, who seems to really want to help me get my severe hip issues fixed as quickly as possible. I appreciate this, since I've had such a difficult time getting this addressed. I am very hopeful. He seems to genuinely care & listened to my issues. He got right to the point, no beating around the bush or wasting time.
Dr. Jones has helped me 3 years ago with an amazing surgery and now I am glad he will be doing my next surgery soon. Excellent Doctor and staff, thank you.
Dr. Jones is very good at listening to your concerns and questions. He considers nuance and doesn't override your worries with a "one size fits all" approach. I was very impressed with him. He agreed surgery could be put off for the time being and to attempt some less invasive procedures and "see how it works". I couldn't be more impressed.
