Dr Jeong is incredible!! His clinical knowledge is excellent and his compassion is demonstrated throughout the office. The culture of his office is patient focused. Every staff member clearly goes above and beyond to explain things and help their patients have the best time experience possible
Dr Kim who works at Advanced Surgical Assoc. did a tough extraction on me a few months ago. She was great! No pain during the procedure, explained everything to me as she was doing it so I'd know what to expect and explained clearly the after care. I had a dental implant done the other day by Dr Kim and she again explained everything to me before, during, and after the procedure and it was painless and stress free. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and on time! The staff was great too. Highly recommend!
I was referred to Advanced Surgical Associates by my dentist. As a young person I had experienced dark ages dentistry. Now a senior citizen and I can faint just waiting for the doctor to come in. I was anxious upon entering the dental office. Well, these people at the front desk are all wonderful and extremely comforting. I had to have 2 teeth extracted but was scared to do so. Honestly, I'd rather fight a bear than go to the dentist, especially, for extractions. I finally mustered enough courage and had a consultation with Dr. Jeong. I had every intention of getting sedation but after spending 5 minutes with Dr. Jeong, I decided to forego sedation and put my trust in Dr. Jeong's very capable hands.
