I have Focal Dystonia of the hands. He gave me Botox injection in the wrong area resulting in the inability to use my right hand for 6 + weeks. Which led me to find an Occupational therapist to assist me in learning how to use my right hand with a mechanical device so I could continue working. When I called several months later to request my paperwork; I was told they didn't have it.
Never saw him but I am sure he is a great dr to those who has seen him
