Disabled in wheelchair when Doc came in who immediately asked for me to Hop onto the table for exam???? When I said no I couldn't as it would cause me additional pain in doing so and asked if could I please be examined in my chair. Her unprofessional response was "Well how did you get into a car to get here, & how did you get out of car to come in". never retested me after treating my H Pylori, ended up further sick, I changed my doc and never gave a reason why.. bad bedside manor, rude, doesn't listen
Not his problem show details Not his problem by Carl Lepak on Jun 22nd, 2016 I have been seeing him and his staff for 16 months now on a monthly appointment. If arrogance were a quality, he would be top notch. I suffer from over 9 different types of pain and when I asked what his plan was for my non-fibromyalgia pain? I have been seeing Dr. Rizzo for a while now. He is thorough and answers questions. I and other people that I know agree that he spends adequate time so that we are well informed of whatever is going on. Unlike another doctor I've seen in the past, Dr. Rizzo never ever has made me feel stupid about coming in. Dr. Rizzo cares. He is very knowledgeable and because everything mentioned in this comment, I'll keep recommending other people that I know to see him as well.
Dr. Rizzo is going downhill. His word is law. He also is in a rush to leave the office.
Dr Steven Jay Kaplan is a bad doctor. He needs to retied. He doent know what he's doing.
Dr. Rizzo has just became a staff Dr. Does not take the time to examine you just sends you to someone else or does nothing at all... But takes your copay even though he does nothing for you... Nurses are very good. Receptionist is not nice to say the least!!!
This guy has no idea what he's doing when it comes to making a proper diagnosis for a simple condition. Call if you think he can get you a Tylenol.
Worst doctor ever. Never in my life have I had a doctor shrug when I described my symptoms. Very disappointing.
