Terrible office management. We were on time for our appointment and had to wait two hours to be seen. No apology or explanation. The receptionist wasn't even nice about it when I asked. Seemed annoyed and didn't offer a straight answer about whether we'd be seen soon.
I will be calling the office first thing Monday morning when you reopen to speak with the office manager regarding a very upsetting incident involving my mother, who is a patient at your practice. Today, a red-haired female staff member behaved in an extremely disrespectful, hostile, and unprofessional manner toward my mother. She was loudly yelling both inside and outside the patient room, as well as in the hallway, in both Russian and English. Dr. Morgan is THE BEST.
So very disappointed wuth my knee replacement surgery. Still in pain after 6 months. Limited motion. Dr Morgan, nothing positive to help me. I get frustrated and depressed just visiting his office. Not very friendly and I regret having him as my surgeon. Suffering no different than before surgery. Please do your research. A big mistake not taking time to do my research.
Very good dr. Doesn't rush to surgery.
