Dr. Patel is very good about explaining things and in suggesting the proper streatment.Â
My Dr retired which forced me to find a new doctor instead of looking outside the practice. I just went with Dr. Merki who recently came on the practice. He is thorough and a good listening and caring however, I feel that he should be able to make more options available as a treatment plan for his patient. He is too quick to write a prescription for pharmaceuticals and this is the only thing that stands between him being an even better doctor.Â
I had a telehealth appointment that started on time, being on time was the only plus. The doctor himself barely looked at me during the whole 10 minute visit. He was obviously rushed and distracted and had me repeat my name, medical conditions, medications, and dosages twice as he typed them in despite the fact that this info should have already been in front of him with the paperwork I had previously filled out. I have been a patient of Dr. Merki for 21 years. He is very kind, great listener and outstanding diagnostician.Â
Dr. Merki is hands down the best doctor I've ever had. He takes time with you, explains everything to you with an impressive depth of knowledge, and you leave feeling that he is totally invested in and has addressed every aspect of your medical care. He is also respectful of your time and expresses such. Because of his commitment to you as a patient, it makes you want to do better, as well. Highly recommended.Â
Dr, Merki is caring, and the first I've had to take blood pressure with the arm elevated to heart-level. He had me rest my arm in his hands, and kept after me till I was fully resting it, to get a true reading. That is the first of many things I could say that were positive!Â
He is very good and caring doctor. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Checks out your health complaints very thoroughly. He was my daughter and husbands drÂ
