If you don't have great insurance or cash, they will make you wait months to be seen. On top of that the female I was speaking with this morning 1/23/26 around 11:45 am hung up on me because I was calling her out for this. Do not beg to be serviced where you are not valued. I found another dentist and they scheduled me before the end of the month and can do the extractions my daughters need.
We first met with Dr. Gesek during our initial consultation. My 17-year-old daughter’s wisdom teeth are erupting and coming in at 90 degrees (sideways). We need to have them removed before they crowd the rest of her teeth. Dr. Gesek was very personable, and we scheduled her extraction for a Friday so as to not cause her any conflicts with her school and extracurricular activities. My daughter has a broken molar thatcis causing her pain. This dentist originally said that they had no available appointments for two months sonwe went ahead and scheduled an appointment two months out. Then they called and said they would have to reschedule due to the dentist being "out of the office that day" so we scheduled ANOTHER appointment and this time she would be waiting FOUR MONTHS to be seen. Excellent Dentist, however, if someone is sick, for real, there's no sympathy there. I had to reschedule three times, due to severe virus in my body..told me, " oh well, wait a year then"
Today my daughters had surgery, and everything went very quickly; everyone was very professional. Later, we received a call asking how they were doing and if they were okay. Thank you so much for everything.
