I got a referral to go see them back in February and it is now July. The office is extremely difficult to get a hold of and promises they’ll call you back and never does over and over and over again. When my daughter finally went in, they tried to add on a bunch of other things that the referral was not for. Will never go back here! It was short notice. My minor child went to have her 2 bottom wisdom teeth pulled. Took forever to get an appointment, as they answer the phone and place you on hold. I waited on hold for almost 2 hours on 2 separate occasions. Very old and dirty inside. Dr is very unprofessional and rude!!! He acts like he is doing us a favor when he’s the one getting paid! This has been the worst experience. For a month, I have been unable to make an appointment for my child. A whole month! Every single time I call, I’m placed on hold. Every time. The wait is endless. This is unacceptable. I even put aside all my responsibilities and drove to the clinic, hoping that I could at least schedule my son’s appointment in person.
