There are many reasons Dr Chen is an exceptional oral surgeon. First is the ease of scheduling; unlike other offices where you wait months for an urgent issue, they got me in ASAP. Second the support staff is incredibly gracious and helpful throughout the entire process. Third is Dr Chin himself. Dr. Chin clearly explained the procedure, calmly performed it, and followed up with me personally the following day.
