Dr. Heck was amazing! The staff on the other hand falls short. My prescription wasn't called in after my appointment. The doctor requires an MRI. The staff never sent the request or documentation of the visit to the VA for approval. Wating seven days is unacceptable. The office manager needs to retrain the staff. Everyone seemed overwhelmed or clueless.

I should have made an exit, when first entering his “Congress St.” office (dirty) Requested a bunionectomy; he said, I also had capsulitis of the second and third toes and he recommended additional surgery. In part, the wrong surgery was performed. I still have a bunion and the second and third toes are bent downward and to top it off the fourth toe is tightly flopped upward.
