Dr McDonald was called in as my scheduled anesthesiologist had to do an emergency. I was at the surgery center for a routine colonoscopy. He came into the prep area and screamed at the nurses. He prepped me himself and didn’t even ask me any questions. During the procedure he overdosed me, I stopped breathing and I had to be intubated. He didn’t even stay to explain. Kind of hard to write a proper review for your Anesthesiologist, since if they do things the right way, you shouldn't really remember a thing. But I do recall Dr. Mcdonald well handling my 10+ hours open heart surgery. He came in the night before the surgery to see me and spend some time with me, I felt like he just wanted to get to know me, and find out if I am scared, nervous or hesitant about my surgery.
