I have had several appointments at Kellum Medical Group, and have never had an excessive wait time.
Had a 1:45 appointment today. Not a long wait time at all. The physician and the physician in training that treated us were great. The staff was friendly and judging from the previous reviews, it seems like their service has greatly improved. Wonderful experience; will continue to use their services in the future.
I have never in the last 3 years ever had to wait longer than 15 minuts over my scheduled appt time. I have always been able to get a same day appt when needed. I have always found the front desk staff to be friendly and helpful. Maybe my positive and friendly attitude has something to do with it.
Everytime I come for a visit it is getting worse the front office is terrible waited 3 hrs for a routine visit I need to find another facility
My family has been going to this clinic for many years. The Doctors are great, however the front office staff is the worst I have ever seen, they have no people skills at all. They finally made my husband so mad today that we are looking for a new doctor. TJ
