It's a shame their commercials are false advertising.NO PAYMENT PLAN all money up front! They don't tell you it will take a minimum of 6 months, the commercial says same day service..lie, lie, more excuses & lies. Saw elderly in tears because of the lack of any satisfaction, can't eat talk or be comfortable all they get are excuses. Please ask many questions before you pay ALL MONEY UP FRONT...or choose another.....
I only wish I could have given no Stars. Their commercials on television are 100% a lie. My experience was so bad, I saw other elderly people crying trying to get service from these uncaring people. I was bruised and abused never got anything I could use everything they did for me seemed to be a ploy to keep over $2,000 of my money that I had to pay up front and only had to wait 5 months to get a refund after receiving nothing from these people. Wish I could give this guy zero stars he claimed that he said he felt I was giving him an attitude so when he came back into the room he said he was going to give me one right back now mind you I called in ahead of time and let them know I’ve had serious anxiety problems then during the appointment he over exaggerated everything I said with the answers from the questions that he gave me it’s sad because the lady in the waiting room was so nice and the guy wasn’t maybe two years older than me and he supposed to be a doctor he... read more
