Dr. Dan, Jessica, Kandy, Jackie and the entire crew at Phelps dentistry are amazing! I needed much dental addressed from a previous dentist’s neglect. Not only did he identify the cause the root cause of my pain within five minutes (my other dentist couldn’t identify it in five visits) but he also identified some TMD and FMD issues that were also a source of pain for me. I went to this dentist two years ago. They asked to do a procedure when I was getting my teeth cleaned. I told him only to do it if my insurance covered it. I left there at after the procedure and paid my bill. Two years later I received a bill from them saying the insurance didn't cover the procedure that they did . Now they want me to send them $116 for a procedure I told them not to do unless insurance covers it. I am very disturbed that they are sending me a bill two years later .
