I told Dr Aukerman to his face to please let me speak if he intended for me to answer his questions which by the way had nothing to do with why I was there. He was rude, and incredibly insensitive about me mourning my friends death. He seemed to be arrogant and disruptive. Dr. Auckerman is down to earth and very nice and reassuring, but also does not sugarcoat. I've been going to his practice for a year now, and he's the best doctor I've had in the last 10 years, since moving to MD.

Rude, unprofessional. I would not take my pet goldfish in, to be treated by Dr. Ackerman. I felt as if I was being talked down to, like a small child. I didn't feel he was listening to what I had to say. He asked me questions that made me feel uneasy. I left the office in tears. The Front desk receptionist and nurse however, are as sweet as can be. He could learn a thing or two from their carasmatic personalities, and their abilities engage in conversation without cutting the patient off.
