He literally changed my life. I had a debilitating itchy, painful rash. Three previous dermatologists treated me unsuccessfully (biopsies / medications) and all finally told me nothing else could be done. A month after finding Dr. Buchen, it’s almost gone. He took so much time with me going through my history, symptoms, etc. His knowledge of possible diagnoses and treatment options far surpassed that of all previous doctors.
The doctor was short. He was extremely rude, when I was not interested in a biopsy . Talked to me for 3 seconds. As a medical professional, I would not recommend. Poor patient care.
I made 7 or 8 phone calls among the doctor's office, the billing department, and the insurance company regarding a billing issue. Yet, it has not been resolved. They are just kicking the ball back and forth, wasting patients' time, making errors and failing to address the problem.
I am very happy with the treatment that Dr. Buchen has given me. It has made all the difference.
Doctor came in for seconds and said life is beautiful and the spots on face were cause of where we live and walked out. Zero bed side manner. Didn’t even let go of the door.
