I have a scheduled appointment and in trying to confirm my appointment I found out the practice is temporarily closed. No one called or sent a letter tlo inform me. That is unprofessional, i am dissapointed of their lack of care.
Gloria assisted my mother and I today. She was very pleasant and very helpful filling out paperwork and answering any questions about my mother’s scheduled cataract surgery. Thank you Gloria. Your receptionist can be a bit more pleasant. She didn’t say good morning or greet us at all. Just “patients name?” A smile goes a long way.
