Dr Taketa, very courteous well informed Need , knowledgeable.. Answer answered all of my questions and provide additional information that I didn’t even think about. Great experience.
Love Dr. Takeda, but that hardly makes a difference when no one answers the phone when you call. My husband has needed follow up appointments for two hospital stays. We were delayed for an appointment due to another doctor appointment running long. We both tried repeatedly to call the office with no success. I finally drove there to talk to someone...WTH? Now we are again trying to call to make an appointment...no answer. They need to fix this.
