He was very thorough and caring. Never have been to an office so loving and caring.
Dr Patterson and his entire staff are so wonderful. Each staff member is so friendly and helpful and Dr Patterson is so knowledgeable and caring--they take you as a person, not a just a diagnosis or a patient and it shows in their caring and compassion. It may be silly to say but 5 star rating doesn't come close...they've earned infinity stars by me!
I have been a patient of Dr. Patterson since April 2017. Labs were drawn right in the office which I loved because it saved me time from going to another lab. I had appointments following lab draw and some results were available immediately. Dr. Patterson was very thorough in explaining results and recommendations. Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable as well. Office is beautiful and very clean. I highly recommend Dr. Patterson.
I feel I am in good hands with Dr. Patterson. He was very thorough and to the point. I am glad I was referred to him and I trust and respect him and his opinion.
As a family member, I found Dr. Patterson extremely condescending and rude. He did not take the time to answer questions, he did not speak in lay-terms at all and sent my mother for numerous, unnecessary tests. This all delayed her diagnosis of Stage IV cancer. Had he not told her she was suffering from a rare infection, we could have made her last days of life much more comfortable. A second opinion is needed! Do not trust this doctor!
Compassionate, willing to listen, thorough
