Dr. Capen was my ortho physician for many years! and was a great guy! and loves fast horses!
Dr. Capen is a Great Dr. He only treated me a couple of times due to work comp, but I wish he was still treating me . He went up against my employer and when he examined me found my ailments and testified to the truth my employer no longer wanted him to treat me due to his honesty. I wish I could still be treated by him...
