I had SUCH a pleasant experience working with this office for a mutual patient. They were quick, respectful, patient and professional. I wish that all teams were as wonderful as this group. One specific team member, Jasmine, was such a pleasure to work with. They were thorough, and communicative. Thank you!
I have an out of town guest visiting me who forgot to bring along a much needed prescription. After locating a pharmacy and calling the office to request a refill while traveling, my guest was told that the best they could do in this emergency situation was maybe send the request for a refill tomorrow, a day after he moves on towards his next destination. Personally I expect more from my opthamologist, I don’t think that a same day emergency refill merits this nonchalant response on a regular business day.
Excellent and caring physician who made me feel comfortable despite my complicated eye disease.
