I also encountered rudeness from the front desk staff. The older woman was occupied with her phone while I was standing right in front of her. The reception should uphold a level of responsibility, yet they showed no regard for a new mother who had just undergone a C-section. Additionally, there seems to be misinformation being relayed to the pediatrician by WMC nursing staff. Dr lounder is an amazing doctor! We enjoyed having her as my son's physician for years. But! Her staff is another story. The ladies running the front desk are miserable. Couldn't care less about the care or health of my child. Their staff couldn't get my son in to be seen for a sickness. Going to urgent care and sitting for 3 plus hours then not to be seen and then asking to speak to dr lounder and getting denied is not really working for us. It was a 4 day weekend. My experience has been nothing short of amazing! Dr Lounder knows my kids by name and is never rushed , takes time to explain and my kids love her. The whole office staff is so helpful and pleasant.
