I had the best first dentist appointment! It’s been over 4 years and Dr Kong and his staff were completely outstanding! Medicad too!
Dr. Kong is an awesome dentist. I just read a review about a girl turning 18 and blaming the office staff for not telling her of her change of insurance. Listen that is YOUR insurance policy not Dr. Kong's that was your mistake not theirs.
I have been going here for years and for my last time I went to get my teeth cleaned back last year. At the time of my appt they didnt let me know that my insurance plan had changed because I was switched over to the adult plan because I had just turned 18. So the lady at the desk didnt check or tell me to see if I was even covered for that cleaning. So now I have a bill to my name. They wont fix their mistake. I would not ever come here. The lady is so rude at the desk and wont own up to her mistakes.
