Front office staff turned away my son in law for a sick(fever/coughing) 6 month old baby because he did not have the $20 copay. This is not the way to handle a pediatrician office. I would not recommend this office to anyone. The doctors are great but the front staff is not professional. He had been calling all day without speaking to anyone. Late afternoon the front desk finally answered the phone only to have him go in right away and be turned away with a sick baby.
My son is a teenager & is a patient of Dr. Hamilton’s. We were referred to her approximately a year ago, we wish we had known of her years ago! We drive an hour and 15 minutes to see her, but well worth it! Dr. Hamilton is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and never gives the impression that she’s in a hurry & doesn’t have the time to answer our questions. She is truly the best Pediatrician I’ve taken any of my kids to!
