The office is casual and comfortable. I see a comment about professionalism of staff and management. I know the husband does Laser procedures and management duties. The nurse and receptionist have changed over the years but the current staff is and management have been a pleasure. Dr. Colbert, who I love, of course may request staff to handle difficult patients. Dr. Colbert has been my doctor for eight years but the last three years or so she has let her very unprofessional husband run her office. It's come to the point where he makes her decisions for her and this scares me and makes me rethink my trust in her office anymore. In fact I have left 3 messages with her staff to have her call 2 were with her husband and still no return call.
