Dr Granberg is thorough, takes her time and compassionate. You never feel rushed with her. I have gone to her for over 12 yrs.
I have been seeing Dr. Granberg for TEN YEARS. I went in for a physical and got charged for a physical and a sick visit. When I called stating there was a mistake that I was only in for a physical and I needed the sick visit charge removed I was told that because THE DOCTOR brought up my headaches (which I did not care to discuss) the charge wouldn't be removed and I would be charged $288 for the physical and $88 for the "sick visit " Then she terminated me as her patient for complaining.
Will listen and consider the patients ideas. Makes the patient feel she is totally involved in the moment with your visit. Spends whatever time is needed to deal with the reason for the visit.
Dr Granberg has been my primary care physician for almost 15 years. I have always felt comfortable in talking to her about what is going on with me, and feeling that she's hearing what I'm saying and building a patient plan that treats the conditions I have. Her staff is friendly, warm, courteous and caring.
She has done such a great job with my son that I am now one of her patients as well. She is a straight shooter, really involves you in your care and makes sure you understand the treatment plan.
