I have been a patient of founder Dr. Dana Colson's practice for over 30 years. All medical and administrative members of her team have included me as a part of their "dental family”, whilst adhering to the highest standard of professional care. Olga is the best hygienist. I have had extensive work done in the past and always feel awkward when coming to a new dentist (crowns/root canals) . Olga gives me grandma loving vibes and that's how you should feel when getting a cleaning. They don't upsell you on products or anything which is appreciated.
Was late to my appointment due to my three hour drive in the dark morning turning to four due to snow. Uptight and anxious when I arrived, the staff put me at ease and told me that my dentist had not arrived yet. She too was delayed by the snow. In a few minutes though, I was in the chair. My procedure was done expertly. respectfully and quickly - in about 20 minutes. Highly competent and respectful team.
