Went in this morning just to do a blood draw and after waiting over an hour the person that was supposed to bring them the tubes they didn’t have on site for the blood test that my dr from the same location ordered. So aggravating.
Find another physicians office! Turn around of MD’s is outrageous! Phone lines are horrible. Your lucky if you can get through, you schedule an appointment, check in and go to another appointment cause you probably won’t be called in until your other appointment is done. Wait time is horrendous! Unorganized office as well.

Forte Family practice needs to be shut down. This place, its staff, and its practitioners are incompetent. I have reached out multiple times over the past month to obtain my records and have yet to get a response. You can never get ahold of anyone of actual help when you call. Kyle Millett dropped the ball with my care all because I was moving within a couple of months after starting care never bothered to follow up regarding my care plan.
