I don’t post reviews. I’d leave a negative number or 0 if I could. This is the worst facility I’ve ever experienced. I know what you’re thinking, “Hmm look at those reviews…it can’t be that bad”. If you thought that, you would be wrong. It’s like the dark comedy version of The Office but for a doctors office. Where they borderline go out of their way to mess with patients because, otherwise it just wouldn’t make sense how they could screw up so consistently horribly. Andreia Cummings (Front Office) is very helpful!!! Unfortunately my referrals have slipped through the craks. She took the time to listen to me, help answer my questions and above all make things matter. Thank you Andreia for your kindness, your helpfulness and your compassion!! The Doctors at this office are wonderful. I am currently seeing Dr. Kyle Millet, who listens and helps with all my concerns and needs.
Despite the many bad reviews, I've decided to schedule an appointment since I was looking for a new PCP. I was seen by Dr. Millett and it was such a breath of fresh air from my previous provider. He is very knowledgeable and really listens to you. The staff was amazing as well! I waited about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I was called in to see the doctor. I've waited longer at other practices. Overall, wonderful experience. I was out of there within 45 minutes.
I really hate giving bad reviews but this is necessary. I came to this place so I can get a prescription for GLP-1 medication (My primary is with VA, but it would take months) and on my first visit, they said yes, they will do it for me. I gave them all the information that they need (Weight, blood pressure, A1C) and after a week, I was told they need me to take lab samples anyway so I obliged (Even though I just had lab 3 months prior). Prescription never sent. 3 messages intobststembaa eekm as ingots letter yo various departmeh5w asking for help go unanswered. if this takes even the slightsdownurn' i will contact a lawyer.
