I have been going here for a while, and it hasn't been the most pleasant experience. I will say this, Michael is great. He listens, he is proactive, and he is the best part about this place. I have zero issues with him and have been happy with my care with him. Trying to get ahold of this place is almost impossible. They don't answer the phone. The front desk employees are rude as well. LOVE the physicians, but reception like most places needs some old school training about positive energy, helpful attitudes and a true desire to help others. If you dont like people, you really should find a job in IT or anything remote. Maybe medical billing/coding from home is better suited than a front facing office job where the public expects a smiling face. I have been a patient for a year. They have lost my records. Baseline data, gone. All my records, gone. No trace of me. Messages left asking to speak to an office manager went unanswered. Completely unacceptable. Now I have to start at ground level, hopefully with a competent practice.
Was well taken care of by Aliah. She was very helpful and attentive to all of my needs.
