I set up our whole family for dental exams, which was quick and easy. We arrived a few minutes little late, but since I had insurance entered prior to arrival, they were taken back to get started. (We read a previous review, and 100% It is THE PATIENT’S responsibility to make sure that this office is in your network, so check the back of your insurance card or call the insurance company to verify. My wife had an oral evaluation done with them, and neither I nor my wife was informed that they were out of network for our insurance. The lady at the front desk assured me that they would have informed my wife when she set up the appointment that they were out of network, because supposedly they are very good at that…. Too bad I was the one who set up her appointment, and I was informed of no such thing. No one told my wife at her appointment either. $91 later, for an exam that was suppose to be free with insurance. Thanks
