The absolute worse appointment I've ever had. What an egotistical nasty person. I think he likes the power he thinks he has over people. Sorry Dr. H, there's way better neurosurgeons with a hell of a lot more compassion.

DR heffez should retire. He is not worth seeing. He didn't warn me ahead of time amd pulled me down by my arm to bend over and held my arm down while I was bent over in pain for 15sec. And i was completely shocked. Hes also just bad at listening amd doesnt read up or acknowledge new research.
Heffez did my husband’s surgery for Chiari malformation and when my husbands neck became worse after surgery and we made an in person appointment, he was a royal jerk and didn’t want to listen to my husband. I’m pretty sure Heffez messed up on the surgery
