Heffez did my husband’s surgery for Chiari malformation and when my husbands neck became worse after surgery and we made an in person appointment, he was a royal jerk and didn’t want to listen to my husband. I’m pretty sure Heffez messed up on the surgery
Dr. Heffez ruined my life. I HIGHLY advise against seeing him, and getting that horrible KLS Martin Chiari plate that he created. I am now permanently disabled because of him and the plate.
Amazing doctor, had me properly diagnosed and helped me on the way to getting a diagnosis on what's going on, I've never appreciated a doctor more than I do today. Thank you dr.heffez, your words gave me hope today.
Short, ill prepared and dismissive. Implied that we shouldn't have wasted his time without a referral, although we WERE referred (in writing) by TWO different physicians. We got off the teleconference disappointed and insulted.
Dr Heffez did my surgery August 26th of this year. I am now worse off then before I can’t care for myself, walk , and live in constant state of lightheadness. When I woke up from surgery I could no longer turn my head to the left without fainting. I have huge knot on the back of my head and when I went for my follow up he refused to look at it.
