I was seeing him for years I've been trying to call and I was in the hospital last year in September I had to cancel a couple of appointment cuz I had some other stuff going on but since I've been calling since around by Thanksgiving even before then and December no one had never called me back to reschedule an appointment and he's a great doctor now all the sudden no one wants to call me back and I've been leaving messages after messages
I did not have a good experience with this doctor’s office. I was booked on a Tele Health call at the designated time window of 5-6pm. I waited anxiously for over an hour and a half without receiving a call at the given time window. I called into the office 3 times to reschedule and am yet to hear back from them and it’s been a few days. I’m not looking forward to this procedure and needless to say because of the terrible experience I unfortunately do not recommend this doctor.
I’ve been going to Dr Malott for over a decade! He’s very informative & he makes sure you’re comfortable “ from patient care to anesthesia! I trust Dr Malott to the fullest, he calls you personally after any procedure to discuss any finding or concerns! That is top tier service🤝 I have a apt scheduled Wednesday & no anxiety whatsoever I know I’m in good hands!
Truly, the worst doctor As a new patient, he did not examine nor asked any questions. He is apathetic and has no personal interest in his patients. Awful. The ladies in the office are nice but the office is dirty and dark. Please do yourself a favor and choose a better gastroenterologist- anyone would be better than this person. We left with no treatment plan just a prescription that we asked for.
DO NOT WALK BUT RUN AWAY IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN SEEKING CARE! DR.Mallat did a scope and found seriously concerning ulcers bleeding. When calling his office SEEKING medicine no one answered the phone or returned the 8 voice message that were left over 3 days. I had to go to ER for help. THIS IS NOT OK!!!This is negligence ,boarding malpractice. Will be reporting him to State medical board
