For a year and a half, every 2 months Dr Malott performed ercps on me. I never once saw the man, because I was under anesthetic when he came to do the procedure. I never saw him after the procedure. In that whole 1 and 1/2 years I never saw him. The nurses were absolutely terrified of him, due to his temper. If you call his office no one answers, you have to leave a message, and they may or may not call you back. 08/14/26 10:49 Phone call.! Very disappointing experience. I never met the doctor, but the receptionist was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional when I called to schedule an appointment. I tried calling back and nobody answered. The front desk represents the entire office, and this experience was enough for me not to recommend or support this practice. Terrible experience. My primary doctor referred me to Dr Mallat to examine an issue I was experiencing with a lower abdominal pain. A colonoscopy was scheduled in order to examine my lower abdominal. After the procedure was done, the nurses mentioned my colon was clean but nothing about my lower abdominal. After one week, I called the doctors office about this and had to leave a voicemail. With respect to all his certificates and experience I didn’t be able to see him after the procedure and he didn’t even talk to us . When I talk to his office they gave us appointment just to know the results after 2 weeks.
