There is location in Fort Worth my appointment 12:30 and the doctor is not here and the front desk so mean it’s not his office if you want wait wait or if you want leave just leave we can’t do anything And I do have something to do but they are not helpful people It’s very bad experience for the first time really I don’t recommend for mor people
I've been a patient of Dr Mallat for over 15 years and he is an outstanding doctor. His staff is awesome- they have always gone above and beyond in scheduling my appointments and dealing with any issues that come up
My daughter recently had a telehealth consultation with Dr. Mallat, and I was deeply disappointed by the experience. After a brief introduction and verifying her name, the very first question he asked was, “Do you need refills?” I was taken aback by this, as it showed no interest in understanding her current condition or what she might be struggling with. They don’t have option off less than one star They don’t even deserve to have a chance off rating them very rude and confused staff Doctor dosnt comuncate good with patients Very arrogant staff They treat you like you nothing they deserve every bad comment they get
