Somebody in authority needs to monitor this practice. When a receptionist could not find a current patient records in the system within a referral period it is difficult for patients. If a receptionist becomes very rude and says a patient is being rude when they cant find the information and is accusing the patient, and then hangs up, then patients should think twice. I had a very unpleasant couple of interactions with the receptionist. I was trying to reschedule and explain why and she rudely spoke over the top of me saying she didn’t understand what I was asking. Repeatedly asking me what date when I was merely asking what the Dr had available. Told her a date, she said that’s unavailable!!! Very rude and unpleasant. Makes me want to cancel altogether now, and I haven’t even met the Dr yet.

Please read. Kevin saved my sisters life 16 years ago. She had a melanoma and after a failed attempt to remove it was told she couldn't get another operation for two months. I rang Kevin. He saw her the next day and performed the operation. Today, I once again needed urgent attention for my sister who is in a nursing home and he found time to help her. Dr. Kevin Dallimore was very kind and clearly explained my condition to me. He also recommended a very good cream, and I truly appreciated his help. However, I don’t think I will be returning to this clinic in the future. The receptionist I spoke with was extremely rude and unwilling to listen to what I was trying to say on the phone, It felt as though their attitude was simply telling me to go somewhere else. Receptionist SUCKS. She is so unpleasant to deal with. I tried to reschedule my appt with her to a later date. I told her Mondays are my day off and i would like any Monday after 20th may. She yelled at me repeatedly “WHAT DATE” “WHAT DATE”. I said just any Monday that is available. She continued to yell WHAT DATE WHAT DATE. After that i just said nevermind i’m just gonna cancel and she said okay and hung up.
