They take forever at the office and the lady at the front desk of pediatrics dept, Crystal, never has a smile on her face or an uplifting attitude. When she talks to you, she never gives eye contact and just stares at the computer. I dont like taking my kids here but I'm stuck for now. I've been sitting in the waiting room for 1.5 hours to learn its gonna be 1.5 more before I get my son in just to get a referral. A total waste of the day when I should be working.
