Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? I waited forever for my appointment! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was this family doctor friendly? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

I feel this office is a good choice for seasonal allergies, sinus infections and other simple problems when you cannot get into a different office. The care offered may be adequate for more serious problems, but the level of service does not make me comfortable with trusting them with more serious issues.

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen.
