made me feel at ease even when I was nervous. He would inform me what was going on every step of the way and when I needed a little break he was ok with it and talked with me the whole time. I told him I would rate him a 20!!!!
Dr Thomas is very friendly but his secretary is completely rude. When my son needed to reschedule she instantly and harshly blurted out it would be a 20$ charge for reschedule. Dr. Thomas dental assistants are great but he needs to make his clients feel theyre important. We are always also rushed and treated like a number. Wont be going back. Looking for a new dentist. Also parking is very difficult. We had to paralell park on the side of busy 88.
