Friday June 16, 2017 I had a appointment and that evening I started to have I problems that following Monday I went to the er and found out that they had given me pinkeye( first time there) would NOT recommended to anyone
Go to order my contacts & he would not let me have my prescription even though I had been there within the year time frame & had & paid for my eye exam because I did not go to the follow up appointment just to tell them the contacts were working out fine. Ridiculous! I've never had to go back for a follow up appointment if there's no issues w/ the contacts. Just a scam to get more money by making you pay for another eye exam even though your current one is still valid. Went to another (very reputable) optometrist that day & ... read more
Great place, my whole family goes and has for for some time. Oustanding office staff. Called today with issue and they got me right in. Dr. McNiel was very professional and seemed very down to earth. Will certainly continue going and recommending.
I have been a patient of Dr.McNiel's for 11 yrs now, I just recently went to his new office at Dr.Alig's...What a difference! The staff is wonderful and of course Dr.Mcniel was great! I went back yesterday for a recheck on my new contact lenses and again everyone was very professional and nice. I wasn't charged a fee for recheck(never have) and everything went well. I highly recommend Dr.Mcniel and Dr.Alig
