Everyone I dealt with were kind and professional
I do not like the way they separate you from your pet. We came in from another emergency vet on North Ave where they let you stay with your pet to be immediately separated from my pet. Then we waited over one hour to talk with a Ed vet. In order to see my pet, I then waited another 30 minutes. The neurologist who called in the am was outstanding. The precare/ preparation was thorough, the procedure was easy and the after care was efficient and thoughtful. An overall good experience.
