I cant really say anything about the doctor. I didnt get a chance to meet her. In fact, I postponed my first appointed and ended up cancelling 2 months later. The receptionist, assistant or whoever it is that handles her appointments is very rude. She has no customer service skill and has a thick thick accent. I could hardly understand her when she was telling me I couldnt show up 5-10 minutes late to my appointment. Traffic was bad...what can I say? But there really is not reason to be rude.
