Dr Arab-O'Brien is a great doctor. She is real but caring. I don't want a doctor who is going to sugar coat things. She gives you the fact and the support you need to move forward.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. D Arab-O’Brien’s office. My family doctor formally referred me and clearly explained that my situation was urgent and required prompt attention. When I called the office myself, I also explained the urgency. Despite this, I was offered an appointment four weeks later. I understand specialists can be busy, but when both a referring physician and the patient communicate that the matter is urgent, there should be some effort to accommodate, offer a cancellation list, or suggest an ... read more
I can understand some of these reviews but she is amazing. In the beginning I was a little unsure because she "rushes" you but she has been my Dr for years now and if you just ask your questions she will most definitely sit and talk to you. I was really upset about results I got and she wouldn't let me leave her office until I stopped crying. Some people say she is always late, in my experience she was late once and it was years ago. Dr. Donna Arab-O’-Brien is truly the best endocrinologist I’ve ever had. She’s so knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I always feel I’m in the best hands with her. The office manager is also amazing — always confirming my appointments and getting requisitions booked so quickly. I’ve honestly never experienced this level of service anywhere else.
She is allways late, upset and never answer my questions
