Date: 7/28/2025 **** NOT RELATED TO DR. KELLY, BUT THE FD STAFF! Today I had one of the worst phone experiences with the receptionist. It seems that no matter what day or time I call, I’m always placed on hold. I’ve grown used to that, so it didn’t bother me much. However, being on hold for 10 minutes is a bit much. I ended up hanging up and calling back, only to be greeted with “Thanks for holding.” I gave my child’s name, date of birth, and the reason for the visit. The receptionist Alicia needs more training or at least a course in courtesy. I sat in the waiting room for an hour past my appointment. I went to see what the hold up was and I realized she never checked me in. Instead of apologizing and informing the staff in the back she checked me in at the end like I had just showed up. Then told me that they are just waiting for a room for my child. The nurse came out and called 2 more names that came in after me in front of me. At that point I had to leave.
