Dr. Wallace has been my primary care doctor 33 years. There were a few years that I had to use someone other doctors for insurance reasons and no one can compare. I will go to her from now on whether or not insurance covers it. She will listen to you, work with you, understand your goals for your body, and most importantly: respects you. Her staff is also wonderful to work with every time and has had almost a zero turn over rate. Connie, her receptionist (and really more than that title) is the bomb.
I have had Dr. Wallace as my primary care doctor since 1997. She sees my children as well. She is the kindest, most intelligent and wonderful human. Her staff is wonderful and have been with her for years as well, showing how kind she is to her team, too. I highly recommend!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Wallace for over 20 years and she has always given me great care. She has never made me feel rushed and listens to my questions and answers thoroughly. Her staff is equally good and if I have to call in with a question or request for a prescription, they always get back with me the same day. I just can’t say enough good about Dr. Wallace and her whole team.
I have been going to Dr. Wallace for years and I think she is great. She is always willing to help me in any way she can. I wouldn't trade her for anything.
Dr. Wallace is wonderful when I have my visits. But her nurses that follow up after or when she is not in is another story. I had a nurse call me and spoke so fast and gave little to no explanation of why I was being prescribed a medication. Had to ask several times and she just kept repeating the same thing so guess I will have to go to the internet to do my own research.
Dr. Cynthia Wallace has been my physician for many years, she is very thorough and addresses all my concerns.
I’ve been her patient for years. I can’t imagine going to another doctor. She takes her time and doesn’t rush you out the door, and she really listens to you.

Dr. Wallace is a great physician. She listens, takes time, and genuinely cares about her patients. Also, her staff and nurses are fantastic. I have been seeing her for almost 6 years.
