very rude receptionist everytine she calls or if you call with questions or to schedule sonething. wife had an appointment today at 10am. its 1050 and shes still sitting there waiting to be seen. very unprofessional. defeats the purpose of an appointment. we are switching our family to a new dentist after today. extremely unhappy.
