If I could give zero stars I would! Worst experience of my life. My name is Nancy, I’m 42 years old and needed major prolapse and reconstruction surgery. Dr. Kunkle did the surgery and I’ve had nothing but problems since! It’s even worse when you tell her what you’re going thru and she tells you that there’s no way you’re dealing with that. Basically tells you that your pain and feelings are not valid! Made an appointment for reoccuring urinary infections was told at the time of scheduling it was something she treated. When I saw her she told me there was no treatment. Told me not to drink as much water and not to go to the bathroom as often. It was honestly a waste of my time and money.
Dr. Kunkle listened and acted quickly when another urologist dropped the ball for me. She is thorough and explains everything. Her office staff are super personable and easy to talk to! Great experience! She came highly recommended and I see why! I am very pleased with my experience with her!
